This universal kit converts old bed base control boxes with an easy-to-install 3 step process and includes a new wireless remote to control your bed base with advanced features like massage with three intensities and wave modesThis kit includes all the wiring and harnesses needed to make your conversion. Total installation should take no more than 5 minutes but it does require tipping the bed on its side. If you want to ensure that this model is compatible, make sure the remote in the picture matches your old remote.We send detailed instructions and even have a video available on you tube (search "universal bed remote by bedremotes dot com"). There are three steps to installing this unit. First, tip your bed on its side and unplug it from the wall. Second, cut the cords of the head and foot actuator motor and strip the forward and reverse wires and repeat for each massage motor (see our video).
