Inner box not guaranteed to be mint and free of imperfecrions such as creses dents etc. if outer shipper has excessive damage, I open it (the brown shipper, not the toy) to ensure the inner box isn't destroyed. Occasionally, the runber band holding an accessory may break, causing the piece to be loose in the box. If there is rattling, i open the shipper and check to ensure it is mearly a loose accessory and not broken. We also carry these in our physical store if you would prefer to select one in person.
