Description: Purchased on his stay in the USSR and brought back to the US, Oswald's small green address book was found at the rooming house he was living in a few hours after the JFK assassination. Now residing at the National Archives as CE18 the book holds many of the key characters from that fateful day. Originally only crude photocopies were available to the public but in recent years the book has been scanned in full color. I have taken these scans and cleaned them up, had them printed them out in high resolution, and then bound them into a book slightly larger than the original. Much effort was placed in rebuilding the original text in the correct order and page placement (including the famous missing page). Oswald wrote all over it, sometimes upside down, and I reproduce this in the final product. The cover is an image of how the book looks today in the archive. I originally planned to cover it in the same cloth but have been unable to find a suitable copy. The book is an interesting historical artifact. Inside are jots and doodles that leave many questioning their meaning, some have even written books about the Oswald code. This is the perfect gift or collectable for any JFK enthusiast. It is referenced in every book about the assassination but has never been fully printed to my knowledge. It's certainly has never been reproduced in its original form. This meticulously handbound full color reproduction of Oswald's address book is a must-have for any historical enthusiast. The manuscript, written by Lee Harvey, offers a unique glimpse into the private life of one of history's most infamous figures. The book is in English and Russian.
