Description: Large Charles Frodsham Limited Edition Solid Silver Carriage Clock With Box. This lovely Charles Frodsham carriage clock has a solid silver case with each aspect hallmarked. The case is then fantastically decorative with a shaped carry handle, reeded pillars to the corners and decorative shaping to the top and bottom. There are also four lovely finials to the top and four feet to the bottom. There are then five beautiful bevelled glass panels to the sides, front, back, and top. The case is also fully hallmarked. The dial is then enamel and set out in black Roman numerals with a thin ring of dashes to the outside marking the minutes. The dial then has two lovely shaped hands and has a beautiful scrolling, silver surround. The movement is then both wound and adjusted from the back. It is working perfectly and comes complete with its double ended winding key to both wind the clock and adjust it. The clock also comes complete with its original box, certificate, and dust sheet which is very hard to find. It measures approximately: - 6.25” / 15.5cm Tall. - 3.25” / 8.25cm Wide. - 2.75” / 7cm Deep.
