This particular toy looks as though it has survived a massive crash landing and is offered in poor condition. It is scratched & dented and has missing key components. Even so, this is a remarkable vintage tin friction toy with hand trigger which has the following characteristics: 1) Made in West Germany by Biller Toys, circa 1955. 2) In full Capital Airlines color scheme with faint discoloration and some decal peeling and t 3) Includes built-in trigger assembly undercarriage that was intended to spin the props when squeezed. 4) Most plastic propeller blades are missing 5) Measures 10 inches long from tail to nosetip. Measures 11.25 inches long from wingtip to wingtip. 6) Has fuselage lever for retracting the wheels from the undercarriage, though all wheels are missing. 7) Aircraft registration number N7402 denoted on the wings, undercarriage, and vertical stabilizer (the tail). 8) Depicts an authentic representation of a Vickers Viscount "V-701" aircraft used in regular airline passenger service by numerous airlines around the world for many decades since 1953.
