The tabernacle of Leau, Pompeii, The Fan: its history and its use, Pottery and Porcelain, La Giudecca, Mont St Michel, French Actors, Bookbinding and others Individual artists work shown include Giovanni Battista Tiepolo, Henri Regnault, Carle Vernet Sarah Bernhardt, Frans Hals, Jean Baptiste Camille Corot, Michel Angelo, James D. Linton., Antonio Casanova, Gavarni, Ulysse Butin and several others. In addition there are some short works of fiction by assorted authors including Mrs Comyns Care Copiously illustrated with in-text pictures and several full page plates. Large, hardback book, 29 cm by 39 cm. Acceptable condition Has been rebacked with original cloth laid over a modern cloth book spine and original boards. Some wear to book cover particularly over the cover corners where there is some loss of bookcloth. Book cover has some marks and is darkened over the edges. Binding intact.
