Description: Up for sale is a very high quality antique 19th century J Bramah, London lacquered wooden humidor box.This rare example features a hand lacquered and painted deep brown finish over wood with hand applied decorative accents on the lid.It is also painted with the owners name whom purchased the box "D.J. Eggleston".Inside is a stunning removable pewter box with very elaborate hand tooled detailing on the lid.The box is marked on the locking mechanism and measures 14 1/2 inches long by 10 1/2 inches wide by 11 inches back to front.There is chips to the lacquer throughout as shown, some scuffs, and ware.
