Using this measurement, you can match it to its press on nail size. Soft measuring tape method: Using soft measuring tape, measure the width of your nails horizontally at their widest point(near cuticle area), in “mm”. Be sure to get deep into the sides of your nail. *PREPARING YOUR NAILS* 1. Clean nails of any polish or oil2. Select the correct size nails.If needes, file sides for best fit. *HOW TO APPLY* 1. Clean nails, fush back cuticles using stick pusher that includes in the item2. Select the correct size of the nail and take the right amount of glue or jelly tabs on the inside of the selected nail plate.3. Attach a slice from the root of the nail to the front of the nail, hold down the nail for 8seconds, stick it tightly. *HOW TO REMOVE* NAIL GLUE REMOVE: Use a degumming agent to make a few rounds on the edge of the nail, and then directly peel it off, or wait for it to fall off.
