Description: LONG WAVE UV Feint Purple Kunzite/Spodumene crystal which fluoresces orange with long wave UV light. It is a partial crystal with no termination. Clean with good clarity and some interesting crystal grow features, use magnification to see those. Its a thin transparent specimen so the purple color is not as obvious unless looking at the right angle. fluorescence is also not a bright as others due to its thickness. NOTE! I use a Convoy S2 long wave UV light with the factory installed band pass filter, you will need one as well to see the fluorescence like in the photos. From Afghanistan. 8 grams. 1-1/2" in length.
