Ektra lens example is in the attached photos. Please follow the following instructions to attach the lens. 1. On Ektra index mark, there is a slot. There is a counter in in the adapter that fills the slot. Align the lens to that slot such that lens doesn't move. 2. At this point, turn the teether ring on the lens. This tightens the lens to the adapter. Note, the edge of the adapter is sharpened to block the bottom of teether wheel. If you own Ektra camera, it is done by small needle in the camera. Once teether ring is stiff enogh, stop there. 3. There are 2 side screws, if you gently tighten them, it will further hold the lens. Note:- Edge of the adapter is sharp. Note :- Some of the Ektra lenses have macro mode. You need to pull the pin to engage the macro mode on the lens. This adapter goes slightly past infinity. This is to accommodate if there is any slight errors in Ektra lenses. Due to small quantity custom makes, there could be some cosmetic issues but that will not affect functionality.
