Description: This original watercolor is of King Charles III and Queen Camilla's Coronation on May 6, 2023. It is on a sheet of Arches watercolor paper measuring 9" x 12". The image measures 7 1/2" high x 10" wide. It is signed but it is neither matted nor framed. It is very colorful and shows the excitement of that day. The horses, the bodyguards with rifles, the crowd and the many men accompanying the beautiful golden carriage pulled by beautiful white horses decorated of course. I guess they don't bring out that incredible carriage very often. Just for extra special occasions which this certainly was. The artist is Mimi Davis. She hasn't been to London for a very long time. Wish that weren't true. Mimi has been selling her work on eBay since 2009.
