To help aid his mission, he gives all your scrying one additional scry. That plus your scrying effects will setup the top of your deck for his second ability, look at the top card of your library. If its a Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus, or Serpent creature you MAY put it onto the battlefield. This deck also has alternative ways to cheat out these monsters with Quicksilver Amulet, Mass Polymorph, and Synthetic Destiny. So build up tokens use Polymorph or Synthetic Destiny and dump multiple fatties all at once!
