Description: These seven (5i-9i, PW, GW) KBS C-Taper Lite 110g, STIFF shafts are new (unplayed), but having been professionally PULLED from a set of Callaway Apex 2021 iron set by a Club Champion Fitting facility. These are stiff shafts (see shaft label pictures), 110g weight. The seven shafts were pulled from a set composed of 5i, 6i, 7i, 8i, 9i, PW, and GW, and are 0.25" short of those clubs standard length (I am 5' 9.5" tall), and have new Golf Pride Standard MCC Plus-4 grips installed with one extra tape wrap under lower hand grip position. The C-Taper Lite shaft is a 0.355" firm tip with a 0.600 butt O.D. The soft butt produces a mid-high trajectory and controlled spin. Featuring a constant taper design and proportionate increase in wall thickness, the C-TAPER LITE optimizes energy transfer for maximum distance. Independent testing results revealed 5+ yards in added distance (from KBS website of shaft profile description). These KBS shafts retail for ~$55.00 each (new), while the GP Standard MCC Plus-4 grips retail for ~ $12.00 each (new), so this setup would cost you ~$469 at any golf component shop!
