Description: The Genesis side of this console works fine. The Sega CD side is not working. It is in good shape with normal wear and some scratches because of the age. I have several of these consoles and ***as a test I did a quick laser swap from a different X’Eye that was working and a Sega CD game then loaded right up*** I did reinstall the nonworking laser in this system being sold, so that should give you some direction as to what the console needs but I am not guaranteeing anything as these systems are finicky. There is also a chance that you could simply adjust the existing laser and get it working, but again, no guarantees. I am just having to sell some stock to get funds for parts for other repairs. This includes everything shown: 1 JVC X’Eye console, 1 original JVC X’Eye controller, 1 third party controller, and 1 replacement (not original) power adapter.
