Allen St. John (e.g., please see image #6 below); St. John also has done the color illustration on the jacket's front panel. Somewhere along the line, the bottom edge and much less-so the top edge of both the book and the jacket have been stained (i.e., please see the first five images below). Primarily because of the stains, the book and jacket are best-described as being in Fair-Good condition only.
