Description: The painting is signed on the front and the lower right hand corner and it is signed and dated on the back, but it’s difficult to read the inscription. I believe it is Lockport, New York? I will include a copy of the appraisal from 1980 for $700. The painting is in excellent condition and is in oil on canvas with a wonderful vintage frame. Measure approximately 26 1/2 x 22 1/2” framed, the viewable image size is approximately 19 1/2 x 15 1/2”.
