Description: I have not seen this before. As found is this vintage patriotic art themed “broadside” portrait of the famed Brown Bomber heavyweight champion Joe Louis. Measuring 11.25 X 14.25 the visually appealing display pictures Louis drawn with line art filled throughout with printed biographical and fight details with heavy emphasis on his legendary 1935 fight versus Primo Carnera at Yankee Stadium in which Louis scored a six round knock-out. From appearances I would date from the late 1930s. Appears printed on light card stock. Appears light crease, tear midway on left border. Presented as purchased, shrunk wrapped on cardboard. Fair to good condition.
