There are no chips or scratches on these items but there is lots of beautiful crazing. Please see photos.The box measures 8.5"X5"x 5' and with the teacups weighs 2.9 pounds. I am the original owner of the box and teacups. The box is carefully designed to protect the cups, lids and strainer during storage and transportation.
