It is not dated but we believe it to be vintage and of military origin with information both stamped on the flag and a little slip of paper that was in the bag. The bag was torn open but the flag is clearly unused. It has high quality metal grommets with reinforced corners. The red dot is stitched on, not just printed. It is marked "Defense Personnel Support Center" with contract numbers. The flag measurements are 2 ft 10 in x 4 ft 2 in. It appears to be woven cotton with a little bit of texture.
