It has a folded collar and a fabric tie that is separate and can be tied like a scarf accent around the collar or you don't have to use it. The sleeves are long and puff out slightly then having a pleated accent to the cuffs which are a bit on the wider side and flare out just a bit. The blouse has a high low style. This blouse is in very good pre-owned condition but each sleeve is missing the bottom of the 2 buttons. These are fabric covered so not very noticeable at all and many people don't button the sleeves so would not need to be replaced unless you want to. Otherwise the blouse is terrific and the measurements are: Bust is approximately 20 1/2" - 41" buttoned Length is approximately 24" in front, longer to about 28" in back 100% rayon Machine wash.
