If you are not satisfied with compeve_corp services and products you can cancel your order or return merchandise asking for a replacement/refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment. 2. Before you send any equipment to Compeve, you must fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request and wait for an approved RMA number. You should receive your RMA number within one business day. To obtain an RMA number, please fill in all fields on the form. Upon receipt of your completed RMA request form, an RMA number will be issued and e-mailed to you with the necessary shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. RMA shipments received must have an RMA number clearly visible on outside of the package. 3. Products must be sent back within 14 days after obtaining the RMA number. RMA number expires within 14 days from the date of issue. All returns will be tested. Return for refund found to be non-defective will result in a 20% restocking fee.
