The new 700mW 2.4GHz transmitter is designed to run straight off of your main flight-pack and supports a wide voltage input range of 6-25V (2~6s) direct. Due to its extremely low-noise, highly efficient switching regulator, there's no additional heat being generated when running off of higher voltages and the switching regulator's input is well filtered to cope with noise from your speed controller, or other electronics connected within your aircraft.
