He continued his studies at the Tel – Chai school of art in the Gallilee.Ilan Hasson's artistic themes are based on Judaikah and influenced by traditional Jewish art and paper craft such as- Ktubas and Jewish books decorations , especially the Passover's Hagada. Themes from the bible, the Talmud and the Kabala are painted in a fantastic and colorful way: The Garden of Eden , Creation , The Tree of Life, Jerusalem City of Peace, The Tower of Babel, are all themes in Ilan Hassons art.The Atmosphere of the mediteranean is emphasizes in Ilan Hasson's paintings in the last years. The coloring and the brihgt light of the Mediteranean is part of Ilan Hasson's art .The unique colors and bright light create a feelling of optimism and happiness.
