Heat packs are no extra cost to buyer. My prefer method if shipping is UPS Overnight, USPS Express, USPS Priority, or UPS 2 Day. I have the right to delay or hold a live fish order, based upon the temperature of the destination and where I am from. I take pride in the fish that I ship out, and I don't want anything to happen to them. If I do hold a box, the buyer will be notified of the delay. Live Arrival Guarantee/DOA:I offer a Dead on Arrival (DOA) policy. This means that I guarantee that the fish I ship will arrive alive and healthy. In the event of a DOA, buyer's MUST submit at least 2 clear photos of the DOA, in the original unopened bag, or a clear video of the DOA within 2 hours of delivery time. The first photo must show the DOA fish up close, while the second photo must show the DOA and the unopened bag. Buyer's will have the option to replace the DOA (if one is available) or receive a refund of the DOA, minus the shipping cost. If buyer chooses to receive a replacement of the DOA, buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. I am not responsible for any delays or damages to the boxes, as I cannot control how the shipping company handles the boxes after I drop them off.
