The glass lid is marked Pyrex – 3 470-C. This is a 1-quart size, made in the U.S.A. Ovenware. The casserole is in very good used condition with nice bright colors and no chips or cracks. There are the normal scratches from everyday use and storage. In addition, the glass lid is in very good condition with light scratches from use and one very small chip on the corner of the handle.
