Howard Miller Triple Chime 8 Hammers w/Silencer Model 612-374

Description: This one is in Super Clean Conditions!, A Rare 8 Hammers that you can select the chime for ether Westminster, Whittington or St. Michaels. Ever ¼ hour (15 minutes) it plays a ¼ time of the melody selected then at the top of the hour it will chime the complete melody (but no times the hour chime) only the melody. We removed the movement for cleaning and oiling, then used a drop of wood glue on each hold-down screw hole and screwed back in place. The housing was also cleaned and we applied a light coat of wood oil (new owner should do this part at least once a year depending on your climate). It does have a small ding on the top right side (see pic) but hardly visible if placed on a Mantled Shelf (about 5 feet high). This clock was sold new for around $1,000 they came down to its lowest ever of $650, then of course discontinued (click on link below). Measures appx. 20 inches long by 5 inches wide and about 9 ½ inches high.
