We are also buyers and we know how frustrating it can be when a package is late. If you wish to upgrade delivery service after purchase, the additional cost is your responsibility. Note: DVD`s and Blu-Ray Disc may pop loose from clip during shipping. We do our best keep this from happening. On used videos we may add tape to help secure discs in place. We pack our items very well. Depending on destination we may even overpack. All used videos are cleaned and sanitized before shipping. We do not buff any of our videos. If a video has deep scratches, they are discarded.
