It's almost 2,000 pages BIG and full of all sorts of items. EVEN PRICES! The items in the catalog are priced showing the retail price of the time. AND it's in GREAT shape. It seems like it never got cracked. It belonged to the fine people at Parmeter Hardware at 9463 South Normandie in Los Angeles, as indicated on the inside front page. That's the hardware company that Earl Parmeter owned and operated until he partnered with Lester Jordan and formed Parmeter-Jordan in the mid-1950's. Parmeter-Jordan closed down in 1965 when Lester went to work for Robert Skeels & Co in downtown Los Angeles as their General Manager. This is a wonder of a book.
