All engines feature a powerful five-pole can motor with flywheel/s, plus exceptional weight for pulling power; an optional traction tire-equipped driver is also included. Models are detailed, painted and lettered to match specific prototypes, and feature working headlight and back-up light, where applicable. Operating Kadee couplers are standard. Engines equipped with LokSound combine silent running decoders with a super high output amplifier, and adjustable volume for synchronized chuff, whistle, bell, squealing brakes, flange squeal, Doppler effect and air let off (in neutral). The system also features load dependent sound, 8Mbit of memory to handle complex sounds, and four-channel sound. New 20-function mapping lets you create custom sound and function operations, and units are compatible with LokSound Programmer for PC control, upgrades or adding custom sounds.
