Description: This is a one of a kind piece. I have researched as much as I could about the Soviet Unions' attempt to steal the VAX 11/782 Computer. I have tried to find out who "Joe" is and why he was so detrimental in helping stop the theft of the computer. This is a very cool sketch that is done in what appears to be ink and colored pencil. I know nothing about the value this piece would have. The sketch came with a Time magazine copy of an article on November 28 1983. Also came in an official Treasury, US CUSTOMS SERVICE Diploma type holder.
