The one pictured is a right hand out of the waist but we also have them for left hand out of the waist. Just message at check out if you want a left otw. It has a 5 degree cant to tuck in the grip and reduce profiling. We custom make our own clips out of the thickest material available. They are designed to hang on any seam(pocket,waist,basketball shorts ect) so you dont need a belt but does work well with a 11/2 inch to 2 inch belt. These clips will also clip on door panels and under steering column on most vehicles. We are an American company and all the products used are American made.
