Description: This vintage Heritage Press book from 1955 is in VERY GOOD condition with no markings inside or out and no attached bookplates. There is minor typical aging, which is virtually unavoidable with a 70 year old book. But considered that, it is in exceptional condition, and so is its slipcase. It also comes with its Sandglass pamphlet. There is NO foxing anywhere. This is a pretty large book. The illustrations are very numerous and stylistically appropriate. I've filled up the allowable amount of pictures with them, but there are more. For anyone unfamiliar with these vintage Heritage Press Club Sandglass editions, they are identical internally to the standard leather Easton Press editions. Same paper, typography, arrangement, illustrations, page numbers. They're literally identical inside. They aren't necessarily pretty display books like a leather Easton Press edition, but they are every bit as quality a reading experience.
