It was hand painted/finished by local craftsmen in the Cotswold area of England. Harmony Kingdom description: "These box figurines, featuring a school of joyous whales, served as both the 1996 charter year club exclusive redemption piece as well as the 1997 redemption piece. The only difference between the two years are the markings on the front of the piece: either “Royal Watch Charter 1996” or “Royal Watch 1997.” A small quantity were produced with “Royal Watch Charter 1997” in error. The mouse is hidden in the whales’ tails. Hallmarks include apple, clock with month 11, HBC logo, and Pc. " Free USPS Ground Advantage insured shipping in the US.
