Comes with brand new stainless steel hardware for the clamps. In good condition as pictured. Part is straight, all threads are good. No road rash or deep scratches. There are light nicks, scuffs and surface marks as pictured. Fits 2008-12 FXDB models. May fit other Dyna's with 49mm forks but that is up to you to determine. Bracket is part number and sells for $277.77 at your HD dealer. Handlebar clamps are 56935-08 and sell for $44.34 each. The stainless hardware set me back around $10.
