Description: This is the Hard Hero Enterprises Marvel limited edition cold-cast porcelain CAPTAIN AMERICA statue! After I started read and collecting The New Avengers comics by Brian Michael Bendis I was on a run to collect at least one statue of each Avenger. Unfortunately, I only made it as far as Cap, but this is a really good Captain America statue. Brandishing his famous, vibranium shield atop a mountain side you can almost hear him sound out, "Avengers assemble!" Sculpted by Seth Vandable, it is numbered 537 out of 1000. This item is 15" tall and weighs 5 lbs, 5 oz (2.4 Kg). This is only the second time I have taken the statue out of the box so it is in mint condition. The box is also in mint condition as you can see from the photos. This will be shipped to you in the original Hard Hero box too. Whether you're a fan of Marvel, The Avengers or have respect for the star spangled patriot, you will be in awe of this great piece of Americana. The reason I'm selling is because the joy of comics no longer fills my heart the way it used to. I would like my items to go to someone who appreciates the vision and craft that goes into bringing these amazing characters to life.
