Description: Sweet and wonderful BAVARIAN FOREST Hand- Painted Nativity Set. Made in Western Germany in the 1950s. The box and the plastic holder show wear, but the pieces complete , except for the cow horn & tail as shown. They are made of a firm plastic,& posable resin so are hard to break, even though box says unbreakable unbreakable. Included are Mary, Joseph, baby Jesus in manger, 3 Wise Men (Magi), a shepherd, 3 sheep, a donkey and a cow.
