They are listed as used / pre-owned, though we've done our best to make sure it's put together correctly and in good condition. Each figure will come with a weapon, whenever possible we will do our best to try to put the correct weapon that the figure was issued with. If in doubt then please ask. Occasionally we may have an accessory, or a basic stand, we will note it above and it will be pictured. We've done our best to make sure the figure is in good useable/playable condition. We try to make sure all body parts move as they should, though some may move more loosely than others. We've checked the hands for cracks, and do our best to make sure the weapon fits nicely in the hands. The figures color(s) and paint detail are factory issued and can vary from figure to figure, so again please take a look at the pictures to see the details. There may be small flaws, and/or color shade variations due to production, age, light exposure. If in doubt please ask prior to purchasing. The Pictures are part of the description, so please take a good look at them as they should answer most of your questions about condition. Each figure has been bagged for protection and is ready for boxing. SHIPPING DETAILS We do offer combined shipping discounts on our other "loose" Mega Bloks / Construx figures and accessories. To get the shipping discount please click on "add to cart" when choosing your items. You can do this from listing to listing, then once you're done go to your shopping cart to start the checkout process. eBay will automatically discount your shipping cost if you follow these steps, or you can click "request a total from seller" and I will send you an invoice with the best shipping discount. We especially recommend this for larger orders of small parts like weapons. We print shipping labels directly through eBay, so please make sure that the address listed is correct and complete, we cannot make changes to the address listed. Our USPS Mail Carrier makes daily pickups from our home Monday - Friday, so we do our best to get your order out very quickly. The figure will be shipped in a cardboard box with bubble wrap & styrofoam peanuts, and the items are placed in zip bags to keep them safe. The tracking details will be available on your purchase page, and we do our best to send a message to let you know that your package is on its way. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS Our listings aren't normally set up for International shipping, though at this time we are currently participating in eBay's International Shipping Program.
