I'm in the process of liquidating a number of action figures from various game franchises that I no longer have room for, so if this item isn't for you please check my other listings. As the pictures show, it's new in the original packaging. It has never been opened but you will see in the accompanying pictures that there is some damage and bending on the card stock--I've tried as best as I can to show it in the pictures. It's a great piece and other than the minor bends in the packaging itself its in nice shape . It comes from a pet-free, non-smoking home.
