This note is circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); edge indents/nicks (tears exist and some are larger); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); if any holes exist they are small.
