Description: DESCRIPTION: This is a lot of FIVE (5) MGM/UA Home Video release SP/standard play/2-hour mode VHS pre-records of five Greta Garbo feature films from both the silent and sound periods of her career (3 of the former, 2 of the latter): "Flesh and the Devil" (1926); "A Woman of Affairs" (1928); "The Single Standard" (1929); "Romance" (1930); and "As You Desire Me" (1932). All films are in b&w, none are rated; respective running times are 112, 97, 71, 76 & 70 (this includes restoration credits for the first two). The slipsleeve display boxes are all intact and in pretty good condition, with a little fading to a couple, and some shelf-wear to the edges and corners of all (please see my pictures here). The tapes themselves, though, all play great (I have watched them all, all the way through, myself). From a non-smoking home. AND NOW FOR ALL THE BOILERPLATE (just so we’re clear on terms): My personal belief as a seller is that honesty is the best policy.
