Bottom edge has a small chip on the front and a tiny chip on the back. Top corners are excellent – bottom right corners have ¼” chips. Very Nice back surface, front surface has moderate fading along the borders. Inner Pages: No markings – the music is clean throughout. Surfaces have yellowed evenly except for the borders which have darkened considerably. Spine: 92% intact with ¾” separations top and bottom and portions in between fragile. Repairs: None. Rating Scale from 1 to 10 (7 = average for a sheet’s age): 7+. Near average for its age with less than quality paper starting to become brittle.
