This year we have decided to offer the same seed varieties we grow for sale in our Ebay store, our seeds are acquired fresh annually in bulk from Horticultural Products and Services of Wisconsin and broken down into smaller, manageable lots. Goliath Italian Hybrid Tomato are an Indeterminate type tomato (they continue to grow and set blooms all season), Great home garden variety. Vigorous plants produce very flavorful and firm fruit that mature to a bright red 76 Days from transplant. Fruits average 8-16 ounces. Plants do best in full sun, tomatoes need 1-2" of water a week. We like to start our tomatoes in the greenhouse 6-8 weeks before setting them in the field. I find setting our tomatoes on 3 foot wide black synthetic mulch in very beneficial, in as much as it retains heat in the early spring, retains moisture when the weather gets dry, and retards weed growth all season.
