For the littler kids, just move the ladders a bit closer together. Easy set-up and tear down and the carry case does seem to be sturdy enough now. I did see some older reviews that complained of the bag tearing or falling apart. This one seems like it should hold up for a while if not abused.The quality of this set is pretty good. This is my first, so I can't comment regarding how other sets are made. Or how cheaply they are made. This is pretty thick PVC for the ladder and the bolas look durable with real golf balls and quality nylon or polyester rope. The ladders don't move around much in our dormant backyard Bermuda grass. They do sometimes twist if you happen to nail a rung at the very edge of the ladder but that probably wouldn't happen on a normal green grass surface. Have never once had the ladders fall or tip over or otherwise break apart in the two weeks we've been using it.Although these seem to be quality materials, I can't help but think that I could make one of these for less than half the price. Drill a hole in some solid core golf balls, slap some PVC elbows, tees and pipe together and wallah! But that would be work and it almost certainly wouldn't be as nicely color coded as this set.
