PETG has minimal shrinkage and warping. The filament has easy adhesion, so it can be printed on acrylic, glass, polyimide (Kapton) tape, blue tape, and other surfaces. PETG filament has a good combination of strength and flexibility, which is why it is used in latches and mechanical parts for snap fits . The filament is transparent with a glossy finish. It has chemical resistant properties, especially good acidic and alkalic resistance. Large prints tend to have less issues as well due to PETG having a shrink rate of less than 0.004 in/in. Printing Tips: Print speeds should be 50 mm/s or less. The slower the print speed, the more transparent the print will be.
