Description: Youth size hat or could work cocked to the side with pins atop an updo for an adult woman's Victorian look. Cute vintage synthetic weaved hat in navy blue with a white bric brac trim designed in layers within it. I have embellished it with the navy lace ribbon and bow, white feathers and greenish whitish leaves and paper roses as shown. The lace is hand colored so there is some light variation in saturation of the blue. There is some very small yellowish age spots on outer edge in one area of the hat, and a bit of wear on edge in another area. The stains are more noticeable on the underside of the hat, (last picture). I point these out for accuracy as I do not feel they really detract from the hat.
