Description: Here's a Hensoldt Duralyt 6x rifle scope that appears to have never been mounted and remains in excellent shape. It also comes with a beautiful AKAH leather carrying tube and lens covers that are in good condition and are worth quite a bit by themselves. There are a few handling/storage marks as well as a small amount paint bubbling on the small end of the scope probably from a rubber eye piece. There is a little bit of haze on the inside of the objective lens that could be cleaned but probably isn't necessary. There's nothing to keep it from functioning exactly as designed. No chips or scratches on lenses. Has the rail type mounting system. Magnification is 6 power with a 42mm objective lens. Length is 11 15/16 inches, weight is 12.7 ounces. From what I understand, Hensoldt no longer sells it's optics commercially to the public and is strictly a military supplier now. This scope would retail for approximately $1100.00 new if it were available today. Please see the pictures and ask any questions before bidding.
