This auction is for a Phillips Milk of Magnesia tin which originally contained 30 Milk of Magnesia 30 tablets for 25c (26 tablets are still remaining). These tins were created between 1942 and 1948. “When You Buy Milk of Magnesia in Liquid Form Insist Upon PHILLIPS’ The original Milk of Magnesia Standard for Over 70 Years” (printed inside the lid of the tin). The green wax paper under and over the tablets is still intact as well as a fold-out informational sheet which promotes multiple Phillips products as well as who can use/how to use the tablets. Directions for use are printed on the reverse of the 2 ½” wide x 2 ¼” high x ¼” thick tin. Undated, all are in good condition. (SEE IMAGES). Shipping is $3 within the U.S. only.
