Her research interests centre on diversity integration and the inclusion of minorities, focusing primarily on migration and gender. Duarte is the leader of the FemPhil research group at UiT and coordinates the PRESTIGE Project: Gender Balance in Research Leadership (RCN 281862/2020–2023) and the IMPLISITT Project (RCN 321031/2022–2023).Katrin Losleben is professor at the Centre for Womens and Gender Research, UiT The Arctic University of Norway (Romssa/TromsØ). She is a musicology, literature, and media scholar and is invested in feminist, queer, and postcolonial theory. Her research interests include music culture and its institutions, sound studies, artistic research, and environmental humanities.
