MORE INFO: The original, actual Otterson painting used in the first season only, as one may discover on the dvd set, very much differed from the subsequent creations. Production wanted to purchase the original but the owners wanted to retain it. The second season used an altered versions, which the Paramount art department created to replace the original Otterson. Season three shows yet another final designed which was used hence (seasons 3-11.) I had worked on the show several times, and oft found myself standing onset, musing at the huge piece, just a few feet away. Many hours of research and rendering have gone into this reproduction. Always loved that painting, and you may have one too, if you so desire. A lovely accent for your workspace or home! I would recommend framing in a matt finish, muted gold frame. It is not signed or has no autograph.
