Description: I spent a lot of time traveling around the western US when I was going to school Colorado in the mid-80s. This photograph was taken during one of my several trips to Zion National Park in Utah. It is not the scene that you would normally associate with Zion, but I took it there nonetheless. I just liked the composition and colors. So did the photograph store where I had my photos developed, because they enlarged it to post-size and hung it in the shop window. I had a 8” by 12” copy made and framed it using a simply silver, readymade metal frame. It hung in my office for years. But I am retiring and downsizing and would like to find a new home for this very nice piece.
